Simply Aspire Counseling and Consulting
Simply Aspire Counseling & Consulting was created by Sherly P. Winkler, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Massachusetts and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. Sherly began her journey in the mental health field over a decade ago with the purpose to help women and couples during challenging moments both past and present by listening, comforting, teaching, supporting, praying and guiding through a professional and spiritual lense.
Simply Aspire joins women and couples who are experiencing doubt, shame, guilt, lack of purpose, negative thoughts, feeling numb, discouragement, loss, poor connection with partner, loneliness, lack of intimacy, intimate partner violence and separation.
Our mission at Simply Aspire is to breathe life into the lives of women and couples by creating a safe space where they can be seen, their voices heard, their hope restored and their minds empowered.

If you are a woman, my passion is to support you in healing the wounds of the past and fostering a loving relationship with God, self, and others. I have a thoughtful, solution focused, strength-based, trauma-informed and culturally aware perspective that will affirm your natural beauty.
If you are an immigrant or a person of color, as a 1.5 Haitian American I have first hand knowledge of the challenges of cultural integration and the impact it can have on your self-esteem. I believe you have everything you need in order to be comfortable in your own skin.
If you have a partner, I believe both you and your partner can achieve happiness and fulfillment as a couple when we dig deep to help you unlock shared values, dreams and meaning. Let's begin a journey to help you find each other again.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Miami and my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. My faith as a Christian woman guides my practice and I welcome spirituality at your discretion in the therapy sessions. I am able to empathize, relate and connect with individuals and couples who are seeking to build healthy relationships, build their identity and build their faith.
